Achieving Excellence: Our Journey to AASHTO R18 Accreditation

Over the past several months, our Construction Materials Testing laboratory has been working to strengthen and enhance our quality management system in support of AASHTO R18 accreditation. For those outside the testing industry, AASHTO R18 is the nationally recognized quality standard that helps ensure laboratory testing is performed consistently, equipment is properly maintained, personnel are trained, and results are accurate, reliable, and defensible. These systems are critical to delivering quality transportation, infrastructure, site development, and construction projects.

Brandy first joined Legacy to perform a comprehensive assessment of our laboratory operations and quality management system.
