The Lake Anna Resort was designed to feature a 99-room luxury hotel, 10,500 sq.ft. of commercial space for a 90-seat restaurant and shops, a satellite restaurant of 90 seats, all in a resort style setting. The plan included 205 parking spaces, and a 25,000 sq.ft. “boatel” and two boat launch ramps.

Quantico Corporate Center - Building D
Quantico, VA
Legacy provided geotechnical engineering and design for a four-story tilt up wall building. Subsurface soil conditions required ground improvements which required Deep Dynamic Compaction to densify subgrade. Special inspection testing and inspections were provided to include observation of subgrades and foundations, reinforcing and structural steel inspections, installation of utilities, observation and testing of structural fill for the buildings and parking lots, and testing of concrete for the foundations and slab-on-grade.
