Civil engineering legacy fredericksburg va

Legacy provided testing and inspection services for Stafford County and Resource International on a 700-acre regional landfill.   Inspection services needed to be provided in accordance with both Stafford County and civil plans for the project. During performance of Testing and Inspection services, Legacy was able to reduce compaction requirements and increase lift thickness which was critical to contractor being able to complete project on-time.  Provided certified inspectors and worked closely with both Stafford County and Resource International. Observed the placement of fill materials to create the bottom of the cell and test the soils for compaction in accordance with project specifications.
