Office Administrator

Overview Description

 Legacy Engineering, P.C., is a small, woman-owned civil engineering firm specializing in land development design and consulting. We are headquartered in Fredericksburg, Virginia and proudly serve clients throughout the Commonwealth.

We are seeking a highly motivated team player to join our team! We are in immediate need for an experienced Office Administrator to ensure accurate and timely, processing of engineering projects for mid-sized company in a multi-state environment. Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of administrative experience, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform all administration and clerical duties requested by production departments
  • Answer all incoming calls, and redirect them as needed
  • Draft review and proofread office documents

Skills

  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive
  • Strong technology skills, including advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel and Access
  • The ability to evaluate recent technology for use in creating efficiency in processes
  • Team player, great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Perform basic data entry when needed

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

Salary

  • Based on level of experience
  • Range $37,000 -$48,000
